College of Ag Students and Alums featured in U.S. Forest Service Upward Ground Video
Baton Rouge, La. - The U.S. Forest Service hosted its Upward Ground: A Nature Equity Experience on the campus of Southern University on April 21, 2023. The event brought together professionals and students for the first in a series of events hosted by the USDA Forest Service to amplify the voices of youth working to address climate change issues.
The Forest Service has developed a video and a story on the event, which features several students and alums from the Southern University College of Agricultural, Family and Consumer Sciences.
